Foundation
EmtechSilver Gas Limited started first as a response to a recurrent need and demand for an informal gas vendor in a neighbourhood in the Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria.
INCEPTION
In 2008, a business venture named EmmyCoolwas registered to meet this increasing demand for street gas vending and home delivery.
Rebranding
In 2012, the business name was rebranded to Epigenesis Ventures,and this period was the beginning of her introduction to major corporate clients and projects.
POSITIONING
In 2018, it became imperative to position herself in the industry and capture more market share, the business metamorphosed into a fully incorporated entity as EmtechSilver Gas System Limited, to operate as an oil and gas and gas system installation company with one million capital shares. This move was followed by another period of engagements with major clients and projects.
REBRANDING
In 2023,the firm went through some a second phase of major restructuring and rebranding. Also, the share capital was increased to 3millon capital shares.
